Follow the shape of your eye just around the edge of your eyelashes. Starting at the outer corner, apply two-thirds of the way across along the upper eyelid, and half way across on your lower eyelid. Next, gently blot the line, especially on the lower lid, making sure it appears less made up than the upper lid. Available as an eyeliner or kohl pencil.
